Dear Pete,

I will begin work later today; back to the grindstone as they say. Thank you for helping with sending a card and some flowers for my Doctor. I was really impressed with Dr. Somchai, Dr. Paripa, the so gentle and caring nurses, and the hospital of course. Thank you too for arranging such a nice room for me - it was so nice to wake up in the morning to see the spectacular view over the Ocean.

I will be back in December, for some more procedures (I'm so much more confident now and very happy to have found your friendly hospital) and for our Christmas lunch together. The treat will be on me! I did enjoy Crazy Dave's restaurant too, need to try out different dishes on their menu.

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the hospital, for taking excellent care of me, especially Dr. Paripa and the surgical team. It's a big step to jump on a 'plane to a foreign Country, and put your health and well being in the hands of a doctor and hospital you know very little about. But Pete, you made it easy for me and as soon as I walked into Samitivej hospital, I knew I had made the right choice. Oh, and I almost forgot - I'm so very happy with my new figure and my eyes (that tired look has gone completely).

Lovely to hear from you, we are both well and do miss your cheery smile.  We are both thrilled with our teeth and singing Dr Nan's praise over here. People are commenting wherever I go and have passed out your card to several people. My friend Ann Marie from work tells me she has already been in touch with you.

I still have a bit of sensitivity in my bottom bridge but it is minimal. I'm going to get my friend to help me get some photos from my camera onto the net so I can send you some before and after pictures. Anyone that you want us to talk to, we would be happy to.

You made us feel so comfortable and confident and we have all our faith in you. Dr Nan is a true professional and not only did an exceptional job, he did it without inflicting pain and was very gentle, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I'm off to Sydney in just over a week. My youngest daughter will be going to Canada so I'm going over to see her before she leaves, I'll be there for 4 days.

Well Pete, take care of yourself, it won't be too long before we'll be there again, all the best with your own dental makeover.

Angiogram and angioplasty at Bangkok International 

Dear Pete,
Having arrived back safely in Hong Kong I would like to thank you for organising my operation in Bangkok Hospital. I was very impressed with your response to my initial enquiry. Within hours you provided me with full information on the treatment and your recommendation of the hospital to enable me to make a decision on how to proceed. On arrival in Bangkok the hospital provided transport both from the airport and later to the hospital. The following day I was seen by the specialist who proceeded with an angiogram within 2 hours of my initial examination. This was followed immediately with an angioplasty to relieve a blocked artery.

I must say that the care and attention that I received was second to none, the hospital was spotlessly clean and I was treated in the best way possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hospital for its care and professionalism, and yourself for the efficient way in which my booking was handled.
